THE MIND ARCHITECTShraga Feigenbaum

Conscious and subconscious, working as one.

Old pathways fire on their own. New ones can be built.

You know what you want. You know what's good for you. But knowing it and living it aren't always the same thing. When your conscious mind and your subconscious aren't on the same page, effort gets lost in between.

Neurons that fire together wire together. Every time a familiar response repeats, its pathway gets stronger. We work at the root: clearing old subconscious patterns and building new pathways that match what you consciously want. When both are working toward the same goal, focus, drive, and follow-through start running on their own.

The Approach

One mind, one direction.

Every structure depends on its foundation. Most approaches work on the surface: new strategies, more information, more willpower. This work is foundational. It addresses the level where your responses are actually built. Through NeuroCleanse™, our proprietary process, we clear old subconscious patterns and build new pathways that support what you consciously want. That's conscious-subconscious integration: when both minds are built to the same plan, the structure holds.

What Changes

What actually shifts

Not a better strategy for handling it. A different response, from the inside out.

  1. 1

    Clarity

Your thinking gets quieter and sharper. Clearer thinking means better results: in ruchniyus, at work, at home.

  2. 2

    Follow-through

You decide, and you do it. The gap between intention and action closes.

  3. 3

    Focus

Your attention stays where you put it instead of scattering at the first distraction.

  4. 4

    Drive

Getting started stops feeling like a negotiation with yourself.

  5. 5

    Steadiness under pressure

Deadlines, high stakes, and hard conversations stop hijacking how you respond.

How It Works

Three sessions. Real shifts.

We start with a focused three-session package built to resolve one substantial issue, start to finish. Sessions are one-on-one, in person in Monsey, NY.

Why three sessions? A major shift can happen in a single session, sometimes in a single moment. Three sessions give that change room to go as far as it can, so you get the fullest version of it. For most clients, three is more than enough, leaving time to work on other issues they want to shift.

יונגעלייט

You know what you want to get done. The follow-through keeps slipping. That isn't about willpower. Your conscious mind and subconscious just aren't aligned yet, and new wiring can bring them together.

Focus, confidence, steadiness. By now, some habits may already feel set. They aren't. At this age the brain still adapts quickly, so real change comes easily, and the foundation he builds now makes everything down the line easier.
